Our farm pricing is based on live weight and can include harvesting fee. We will schedule a date for your steer to be naturally harvested.
Once your steer has been harvested, you can then order the cuts you prefer. Payment and pickup of cuts can are direct to the processing facility.

Let us know what you prefer:

1.) purchase on a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share basis. Minimum deposit required (nonrefundable) with monthly installments until steer is harvested.
or
2.) paid in full purchase for a whole, half or quarter.
