Michael and Domenica have been working in the baking industry for more than 30 years and consult for bakeries all over the world. Now they want to bring North Idaho some of the best flavors and varieties of bread from around the world.
Some of the amazing breads offered are the Country Sourdough, Rustic French Baguettes, Kalamata Olive Sourdough, Italian Ciabatta and Whole Grain Miche. There are constantly new breads being offered on a seasonal basis like Jalapeno and Cheddar, Potato Dill and even Authentic Bavarian Pretzels during the fall season.
