Main Market Co-op

Main Market Co-op is a not-for-profit, full-service natural food store owned and managed by its members. We are Spokane's only local food co-op! Anyone can shop, anyone can join! We opened our doors in January of 2010 with over 700 members and a commitment to provide fresh & local food to our community. We offer local produce, grains, breads, meat, milk (raw too!), cheese, beer, wine, coffee and other specialty food items & merchandise at our store located in Downtown Spokane. We carry items for special dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian & GF. Our Deli offers a variety of seasonal salads & entrees for lunch & dinner, two soups daily, desserts & pastries baked in house, sliced meats & cheeses and a catering service. Nothing in the store contains high-fructose corn syrup, and we will not knowingly carry products containing (or fed!) GMO's. We also offer: Regular demos & discussions with local food producers. Farm tours & volunteer opportunities. Store tours by appointment. Freezer locker rentals: (contact store for more details) -12 cu. ft & 8 cu. ft freezer lockers available to rent by the quarter or year. -We will help connect you to farmer's who sell direct if you want to buy a side of beef or a turkey (for example). In store events such as wine tastings.
