By-the-month shares can be either lamb, beef, pork, ground beef, or mixed meat shares. You choose the number of months you wish to pick up, as well as the exact months you wish to come. Shares are ready for pick up the third week of the month.
One-time pick-up shares (whole cut-up lambs, beef and pork) are typically ready late fall/early winter.
Pastured chicken shares are available monthly from May-December.
Turkeys available in November.
