Mack Brook farms has tastiest grass-fed Angus beef around. There is nothing comparable to it in any market. The steaks are certainly the best of example of what a grass-fed diet can do, but make sure you try some hamburger as well!
We are a small, third generation family farm practicing environmentally sustainable pasture-based farming.
We dry age our beef using the "swinging beef" process rarely practiced anymore. This method ages every cut giving the meat a deep concentrated flavor.
We are proud to have received the third-party seals of approval from Animal Welfare Approved and the American Grassfed Association.
