Located in the central Texas hill country we have been producing ranch raised Piedmontese beef, he only breed recognized by the American Heart Association at heart healthy. Our beef is low fat and low cholesterol-less than skinless chicken or flounder, plus the beef is tender due to the genetics of the Piedmontese breed.
Our beef is processed in vacuum sealed packaging at a USDA inspected plant in Johnson City, Texas. This packaging allows for extended freezer shelf life (package must maintain vacuum sealed). We sell by the cut, quarter or whole calf to your specifications.
We also have pasture raised goats, pigs, and free range eggs.
We provide tours and instruction regarding sustainable agriculture, management intensive grazing using grazing cells.
