Our fresh herb shares are composed of a diverse assortment of farm fresh medicinal and culinary herbs ready for home use. Our herbs are perfect for use in teas, cooking, drying or for processing into body products and extracts. Each share will bring you in close connection with the seasonally available healing plants and supply you with top quality herbs for enriching meals and preparing home nutritive & healing remedies. Our share is designed to empower you to take charge of your whole health through providing you with the freshest products and ongoing educational resources in your exploration of all that healing herbs have to offer.
We invite you to join us this summer in bringing the vibrant flavor and health giving benefits of fresh herbs into your life, whether you are new to herbs or have been making your own medicine for years.
All of our herbs are grown using sustainable and organic practices on our land in Florence or are respectfully wild-harvested in our areas fields, forests, hills and valleys.
How it works:
- Every distribution you will receive 5 bunches of fresh herbs of your choosing (based on what's in season) along with an e-newsletter including in depth explanations of the benefits of selected herbs along with recipes and tips on how to use, process and store what you've received. - Two options for weekly shares : Either customize the herbs that make up your share on a weekly basis with an easy email survey or choose instead to receive a fixed share which we will choose for you - If you just can't get enough, purchase bulk fresh and dried herbs from us throughout the season to supplement your share - Learn more about herbs and whole health through participating in our Vibrant Health workshop series or talks, workshops and plant walks at the farm. - Participate in community work days. On select weekends throughout the season join us out at the farm and get your hands dirty with your fellow CSA members!

Sawmill Herb Farm
Local members can pick up their shares at the farm on select Thursdays throughout the season from 3-6 pm. Drive in community garden lot and take a right, park along the side of the drive. Shares will be in the farm stand to the right of the greenhouse. See website for details.

Tuesday Market
Local members can pick up their shares at the Tuesday Market in Northampton on select Tuesdays from 1:30 -6:30 pm. The farmers market is located on the pedestrian plaza between Thornes Marketplace and the Parking Garage in downtown Northampton. If you're driving, take Pleasant Street south from the intersection of Main & Pleasant. A right on Armory Street will take you directly to the market. There's abundant parking in the garage, and the first hour is always free. See website for more details on pickup dates.
Amherst Farmers Market
Local members can pick up their shares at the Amherst Saturday Market on select Saturdays from 9 - 1:30. The farmers market is just beyond the Amherst common, located in the Spring Street parking lot. See Website for specific pickup dates.
