Saylor's Custom Meat is a family owned and operated custom butch house. Your meat is processed to your specifications, cut, seasoned, smoked, wrapped, and frozen. If you do not raised you own, but wish to full your freezer; we take orders, for a whole beef or hog and buy from local producers. If you don't have room for a whole beef, we can split it. Beef can be order in a half, quarter or half of a half (half from the front quarter and half from the rear quarter). To order or make an appointment please call 574-867-6949.
