A growing 20-member farmers' marketing cooperative dedicated to marketing locally grown produce throughout the New York region. 
     The Coperative has several members who produce value-added products that appear on the shelves of regional and national food organizations, such as honey, strawberry sauces, vinegarettes, and butter . 
     Long range planing includes expansion into major wholesale and retail markets and the creation of a regional meat and produce processing facility.
