Welcome to our grass based farm where we raise nutritious and tasty *Grass-fed Lamb and *Amazing eggs, from our hens, out on clean pasture.
We feed the hens with organic feed and steadily move their coops on to fresh pasture during the 8 warmer months and back to the barn for the 4 colder months.
Our lambs are born out on pasture in May. To achieve the most nutritious and tasty lamb, we don't process our lambs until they've fattened up nicely, usually by early winter.

Eichorn Family Farm is a perrenial pature based farm where we systematically rotate our sheep and hens to fresh pasture, allowing the grasses and other forbes time to regrow and maximize the harvesting of solar energy which also supplies the soil microbes with their food. The pastures also supplement the hen's diets with insects and choice forage and their manure in turn supplies additional nutrition for the pasture ecosystem.
