Blue Lotus Ranch

We are a cut flower farm nestled on 5 acres on a windy hill overlooking the Appanoose Creek valley. Many moons ago the land on this century old farmstead served as a dairy farm, so the rich dark soil is conducive to producing towering happy blooms.
Our specialty is big bodacious color box zinnias, but we grow an array of specialty cut flowers in a myriad of ever changing bouquets from lilacs, daffodils, tulips, peonies, larkspur, dahlias, lilies, sunflowers and more as the fair seasons progress.

-Currently we offer fresh farm to table bouquets at the Ottawa Kansas Farmer's Market from May-October, as well as free range eggs, farm to skin natural beauty products, Thieves Oil, Elderberry Tincture, fire cider and other herbal remedies, essential oil blends, and dried flower wreaths.

-We will open for U-Pick flowers in spring 2021! Come out and choose your favorite flower bonnet and roam the rows while the butterflies flit around you.

-Bulk flowers 'by the bucket' or arranged for your special event are always welcome! Affordable, flexible bouquet subscriptions for loved ones or businesses also available with free delivery in Ottawa/Lawrence area.

-We have added a wildflower meadow for 2021 for our precious pollinators and are newly certified as a Monarch Waystation! It's in the designs to offer a Butterfly Class for children, in which each child takes home their very own caterpillar/habitat to watch grow and set free. Email me to sign up.
