The boxes are one size and feed a family of 2-4 people We harvest the same day as delivery There will be some type of lettuce or greens in the box each week, and strawberries as most every week, weather & season permitting We have hundreds of delicious varieties planted, some are staples such as broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, squash, beans, peas, beets, chard, kale, winter squash and exciting heirloom varieties too. Delivery days are Mondays on the Monterey Peninsula and Thursday in the Santa Cruz and South Bay area Boxes are at the pick up locations by 2pm We are now servicing Santa Cruz and soon the South Bay
