CSA: Seven Baskets Farm

Members agree to the following terms of membership in Seven Baskets Farm:

I am purchasing a set number of future shares of farm produce and recognize the amounts of vegetables will be determined by growing conditions.

I am purchasing these number of shares for the Fall thru Summer season and accept the risks that accompany farming.

My membership may start up to 8 weeks after my payment is received depending on the availability of crops currently planted. (Call 863-773-2031 for current start date)

I agree that my membership fees cover the cost of the weekly share and the cost of seed, labor, fertilizer, equipment, and maintenance, etc. I agree to pay these costs in advance of the harvest so that Seven Baskets Farm can pay for them.

I agree to pick up my share(s) each week at the farm or at a designated pick up point if another one exists. I am aware there are set days and times available for the pick-up.

No refunds will be given.
