Shaw farm offers exactly what consumers want: naturally lean, tender,and tasty meat. Our cattle are grass fed and graze on rotated pastures in the summer and are fed our premium quality hay in the winter. our beef is antibiotic free and free from added growth hormones. In addition, we pride ourselves with the fact that our products are produced with great respect for the animals well being. Our cattle are our top priority, as is conforming with USDA standards.

Shaw farm is working diligently to bring the Belgian blue breed of
cattle to the consumers of New England. This particular breed is extremely docile, which is very rare. The meat is tender and succulent with more rib eye area and less marbling. The Belgian blue crossbred also has much less fat and cholesterol than a skinless chicken breast. Keeping that in mind, we feel that we are developing a breed of beef with new value that is far healthier.
