We began growing an organic garden ten years ago for our family. The garden got bigger over time. In 2009 we began selling vegetables through Apple Valley Creamery. Each year we grow a variety of crops. If you have really fresh ingredients its easy to create a great meal. . We use only organic methods, with attention to healthy soil. Our goal is to grow wholesome pesticide free food for your table. We are a in the process of becoming a certified organic farm, which takes three years

June: Lettuce and mixed greens, spinach, radishes, carrots, and peas. July: Cucumbers, lettuce, turnips, onions, Swiss chard, green beans, peppers, and herbs. August: Tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, carrots, peppers, eggplant, and beets. September: Tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, butternut squash, peppers, and beets. November: Various greens, cabbage, leeks, kale, carrots, celery, broccoli, butternut squash, and beets.
