CSA: Shlagel Farms

Our CSA/Buyers club is not like the atypical model. We believe that you as a consumer should get exactly what you want, when you want it, and however much of it you so choose. To that end, we take no money up-front.

Every week, we will send you an email listing that weeks offering and the prices. You email us back and let us know what you want and how much. On Friday/Saturday you come by and pickup your order, and pay for it. If you need more you add it on, if you need less you take some out. This is very much an a-la carte system.
