Organic Heirloom varieties grown on the farm. We are predominantly tomatoes but also have cucumbers, squash, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, and okra, We save seeds from our heirloom varieties and sell seeds to the public. We also control the quality of our plants by growing our own plant stock in our greenhouses. We do not use any chemical pest/mold/mite/weed preventatives. Everything we spray our plants with fall under the OMRI label. We also use an organic foliar feeding system throughout the season. We use straw for controlling weeds. We also partner with local horse farms to use their aged manure. We do classes on occasion in the Spring and by appointment only. We have partnered with local honey producers to provide the public with local raw honey.
We have a full line of value added canned goods made with all organic ingredients and main ingredients are all sourced on the farm: salsa, jelly, jam. We also have a full line of vacuum sealed dehydrated hot peppers.
