Simpson's Spores is a small home based mushroom farm in New Holland, Ohio. We specialize in gourmet Blue Oyster mushrooms grown in small batches using hand inoculation and careful attention to every step of the process.
Every block is colonized, fruited, and harvested by hand. No mass production, no pesticides, no shortcuts. Just fresh mushrooms grown with care for central Ohio.
Our Blue Oysters are hand harvested at peak freshness and available for local pickup in New Holland with meetup options in Circleville, Lancaster, and Columbus.
