We started with a simple idea to raise clean meat for our family. We weren't happy with the "mystery" meat origins and often inhumane environments store bought meat came from. When we took the leap, we had NO IDEA how much time, money and work was involved, but we realized we LOVED the process! The up/downs, the late nights - it's a wild ride! When we talked to friends and family we learned that we weren't alone in caring about where our meat comes from. Many folks just don't have the ability or the desire to raise these animals themselves. We made the decision - increase inventory, learn, grow, be good stewards, and provide quality, pasture raised products. The response has been humbling, and we are thankful to serve yall!
