Skye Farm

Our farm is on top of Northfield Mountain, hence the name Skye Farm. We raise exclusively pasture fed beef. Our cattle are predominately Devons, which is an older breed that does best on pasture and hay. Our cattle have not had antibiotics, ever. They do not receive any growth hormones. They have been raised exclusively on grass, never having any grain (no GMO feed). Our farm is not certified organic, although we follow organic standards. Our beef comes from cattle born and raised on our farm. Our pasture raised beef is:

Two to four times higher in heart healthy omega-3 fatty acid

Higher in "good" unsaturated fats and lower in "bad" saturated fats

Three to five times higher in CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) content

Loaded with over 400% more vitamin A (as betacarotene) and E

Processed in USDA inspected local slaughterhouse

We sell whole, half, and quarters. We also sell individual cuts.
