Established in 2019, Smoots Flavor Farm is a woman owned and operated farm rooted at the base of Smoot Hill, about 10 miles north of Pullman, WA.
To ensure the highest quality and flavor, all of our herbs are spray-free and grown naturally with zero chemical inputs.
Second only to customer satisfaction, we steward our farms ecology by providing threatened pollinator habitat, protecting our precious soil resources and offering our surplus production to local food pantries in Whitman County.
We currently sell directly to restaurants and producers on the Palouse, direct to customers at regional farmers markets, and regionally through LINC Foods. We also offer an herbal CSA for local foodies on the Palouse.
