CSA: Solstice Hill Farm

Weekly Tuesday distribution box will contain 7 to 10 vegetables depending on the season. Shares are intended to feed a family of four or two adult vegetable lovers

Example Shares:

Spring: 1 bunch beets , 1 pint Peas, 1/2 lb. Mesclun Salad Mix, 1/2 lb. Spinach, 1 bunch Radishes, 1 bunch Scallions, 1 bunch Kale

Summer: 1 -2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, Large Heirloom Tomatoes, Lettuce heads, 1 bunch Beets, 3 Summer Squash, 3 Cucumber, 1 Eggplant, 1 walla walla onion, 1 quart green beans, 4-6 sweet corn

Fall: 1 bunch Broccoli, 1 quart Brussels sprouts, 1 head Cabbage, 1 bunch Beets, 3 or more Tomatoes, 2 Winter Squash, 1 quart Potatoes, 1 bunch carrots, 3 red peppers
