South Florida Microgreens

We grow the finest, organic microgreens anywhere. Starting with seed stock from Mountain Valley Seed, every batch of seed is screened for pathogens, and is certified non-GMO. I use only heirloom seed, open pollinated.
We grow our seed according to strict organic guidelines, in a sterile mix of peat moss and coconut fiber, without soil, and use no pesticides or artificial fertilizers. Harvesting is done under sterile conditions, and our greens are packed in recyclable, air tight clamshells to ensure freshness.
Our "Fresh Sheet" is also published on our facebook page (South Florida Mushrooms & Microgreens) and gives whats available, and harvest date. All greens are harvested the day of delivery.
Trays of "Live" greens are available, greatly extending the availability of fresh greens, you harvest them as you need them. Trays require a 2 week lead time.
