South Royalton Farmers Market

This year's market will offer a wide variety of produce and eggs from newcomers Birdsong Farm in Stockbridge and Giggling Goat in Royalton alongside long running organic farm Luna Bleu of Royalton. Another big draw to the market will be organic beef and raw milk from Martin Family Farm, and the hot brunch featuring local organic heirloom corn by Moon & Stars, as well as locally roasted coffee by First Branch. Local honey, a variety of baked goods and crafts from other makers will round out the scene.

BALE will be bringing back the popular "Free Store" at the market where community members can donate and "shop" for used clothing and homewares in good condition. The BALE team will also be promoting upcoming community events and curating family friendly activities and presenting local musicians, performers and DJs. Some event highlights for the season include a seed swap on June 1st, family friendly dance party with free coffee for dad’s on June 15th, Bread + Puppet Art on June 29th.

The market will be operating every other Sunday beginning on June 1st on the South Royalton Green from 10am to 1pm (6/1, 6/15, 6/29, 7/13, 7/27, 8/10, 8/24, 9/7). Everyone is welcome to join in celebration and support of local farms, local food and local culture!
