We are a small family run operation that cares about quality over quantity. If we would not keep an animal for ourselves we will not sell them to our customers. Careful attention is paid to ensuring that only the best cattle stay in our herd.

We feed our cattle a forage diet resulting in heavy marbled meat. Antibiotic and hormone free, dry aged, USDA beef raised in Riceville, TN and processed at Edgefield Prime in Dunlap, TN.
