Sovereign Traditions is a collaborative effort of small family farms that share common values. Our mission is to foster a healthier community by providing high-quality food and promoting regenerative, organic practices.
We take pride in sourcing our meat from local farms within a 10-mile radius of our store. Discover the purest taste of nature with our pasture-raised meats. From pork and beef to lamb and chicken, we prioritize sustainable farming practices. Our cattle are available in both grain-finished and grass-finished options. Additionally, our heritage breed pork is fed locally sourced non-GMO grain while being raised in woodlands. Chicken (subject to availability) is pasture-raised and supplemented with nutrient-rich grains.
We prioritize sourcing our produce locally. We work closely with farmers in North Carolina and strive to offer a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. While we mainly focus on organically grown or certified organic options from nearby farms, some items like ginger or mushrooms may come from other areas due to the limited availability of certified organic farms in NC. Supporting local economies and ensuring food security is at the heart of what we do.
