Spring Creek Angus

Spring Creek Angus provides freezer beef that is hormone and antibiotic free. The freezer beef option maximizes revenue for the farm and the consumer knows where an important part of their food supply comes from. The animals are on full feed with plenty of grass/hay. I believe the combination of hay / grass contributes to the leanness of the beef. Customers have commented on how little grease there is when cooking the burger. I also pick up from the processor and deliver to the consumer. The processor is USDA inspected also.
