Spring Creek Farm cultivates an abundant and diverse selection of produce for our CSA. Our members can expect a satisfying variety of delicious locally grown produce harvested fresh for pick up 18 weeks a season, from mid June to mid October. We also offer cooking and preserving suggestions on our website to help new members transition to seasonal eating, and provide novel recipes for experienced chefs and canners.
