We handmade very small batches of very special cheese from the milk of our own grass fed Jersey cows right here on the farm. We are seasonal, as nature intended, with calves arriving in the spring. Our cheese shop is open Saturday & Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through the end of a December. All cheese is produced and aged here on the farm. Windows in the shop allow you to see the cheese makeroom and you generally can see our milking parlor, the smallest in Wisconsin, and the cows.
