Hundreds of acres devoted to the organic production of legumes, hay, and pasture; along with a 350-head organically-managed and 100% organically grass fed cattle herd.

We sell by custom halves or quarters only. We take reservations throughout the year. Reserve by email or (preferred) a phone call.

No parasiticides, antibiotics, hormones or growth regulators are used; No insecticides or herbicides are used on any of our farms.
