Gray Dog's Farm

Gray Dog's Farm is an all natural, pasture grass fed meat CSA farm in the hills of Western Massachusetts. We raise our animals on eighty acres of rocky, steep, mostly wooded New England ground. We are using silvopasture, holistic management, and permaculture methods to restore pasture and nurture our forests and animals.

We feed non-GMO grains without hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. We rotate our animals through pasture and woodland to keep them clean and delighted with their new buffet of plants and insects.

We make sure ruminants are eating grass, and we give all our animals room to move freely and engage in their natural behaviors. Our chickens scratch; our cattle come thundering to each day's new grass. We medicate an ill animal rather than allow them to suffer and we share our animals health history with our customers on inquiry.
