Farming Practices Statement:
Our farming practice begins in the spirit of gratitude. Therefore, our daily actions are carried out in the reciprocal cycles that gratitude perpetuates. Providing safe, nutrient-dense, and exceptionally delicious meat and milk to our neighbors is a responsibility we take seriously. Additionally, 100% of our farmland is leased which expands that responsibility to include caring for the soils and watersheds that the entire community calls home. To achieve our goals of high quality food production and land stewardship, we utilize many regenerative practices such as management intensive grazing, interspecies grazing, conservation haying, silvopasture, and general systems stacking. Our farm and dairy is beyond organic in practice although we are not certified.
