CSA: St. Clair Farmstead LLC

A single share costs $500, which must be paid during the month of January. You will receive a box of vegetables for 20 weeks, from May 28th to October 8th. Each share will be filled with a variety of vegetables as they come into season. The shares can be picked up directly from our farm in Concordia, the Brookside Farmers Market on Saturdays or from a few to-be-determined delivery points in the Kansas City area. In addition to weekly vegetables, CSA members will also receive discounts for special events and a $50 credit toward extra veggies. And, for those interested, we have an on-going open invitation for anyone who wants to visit our farm. Here is a list of vegetables you can expect to see as the season starts and progresses: salad mix, spinach, kale, radishes, carrots, beets, turnips, mustard greens, collard greens, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, onions, garlic, summer squashes, eggplant, cucumbers and green beans. This isn�t an exhaustive list, but it gives a general overview of what to expect. For any unique items, we will be sure to give recipes. We do implement organic growing standards and processes and our vegetables are 100 percent non-GMO.
