Stage Line Ranch raises and trains Morgan horses for riding and driving. We have a small heard of registered Corriente / Criollo cattle natural grass fed with no hormones or antibiotics.These historic beef cattle came to the New World with Father Kino.They have about 26% of the cholesterol of normal beef cattle and because of their smaller frame produce light beef. We sell our beef in bulk or custom cut in our local market. All our beef starts out on our ranch and is raised here. Our custom cutting is done at the UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA or WEST VALLEY PROCESSING all done bone in with no fillers.
