Farm Stand @ 7th Street Public Market

Know Your Farms operates the local Farm Stand inside the 7th Street Public Market in downtown Charlotte, NC. We offer a unique shopping experience for anyone interested in eating healthy or local. The farm stand is open Monday - Saturday and always has fresh, local produce, dairy, eggs, meats (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal), butter, duck eggs, anson mills grains/flours, millstone bakehouse artisan breads, and much more. We also carry some exclusive jams and NC products that you can't find anywhere else. Our CSA operates out of this farm stand and you can pick up your shares there each week. The really cool thing about this market is that while KYF represents local farms and the local food movement, there are some of the best rated food businesses in Charlotte in the market. Not Just Coffee (pour over style) was rated number one in About.com's survey of coffee shops. Pure Pizza has the best classic dough recipe in Charlotte and uses fresh farm-to-fork products on their pizzas.
