Our farm is located in the western foothills of North Carolina. The farm is a multi-generational farm dating back to 1801 in Catawba County and has always been committed to producing quality agricultural products. Now, we want to share our safe, wholesome, high quality beef with others who appreciate locally produced food. Our beef is humanely raised on our farm and processed in a USDA certified facility. The cattle are pasture raised and finished with no added growth hormones, growth promoting antibiotics, or animal byproducts. Our packaged cuts are labeled "no added hormones" and "no antibiotics". Our products are insured for up to $1 million.
