CSA: Stone Road eco Farmony

Our goal is to have the community involved with food that tastes great and without chemicals, and you get the produce you desire. We offer three different options of CSA subscriptions. The first is the Harvest Special, then there is the Pickup Farmshare, and last is the Delivery Farmshare. We would appreciate it if every farmer became a farmshare or CSA. This would decrease America’s dependence on oil or corn and help keep down the price, and everyone would learn what risks the farmer must control. When you purchase a subscription, you, in effect, are advocating more wind turbines. We believe every farm should be in investing in alternative energy. We have just installed our first of many wind turbines, and we hope to have solar power on the farm. We have many universities collaborating with us on sustainable living. The way the economy is going, we should all want to be a part of this movement to turn back the clock on energy prices. There is no better place to do this than on our farm. In accomplishing these goals, we want everyone to have an enjoyable learning experience
