Pasture raised animals, ethically treated, heritage breeds. All natural, no antibiotics or growth hormones. Beef by the quarter, side, or whole. Nubian dairy goats, kids available in spring and summer. Gulf Coast lambs, spring and summer. For wool lovers, we have mill-spun wool from our flock, roving, and fleeces available year round until sold out. We also keep Chantecler chickens and American Buff Geese.
