One of several varieties of semi-hard farmstead cheese. Harpersfield cheese is made the 'Old World' way; aged naturally and crafted using milk from our cow dairy in the northern Catskills of Delaware County.

Our brine-aged feta is milky and less salty than most feta, naturally tangy and flavorful, aged in large blocks then cut into slices and packaged in the brine. Yum!
