Aronia berries, are a native berry and superfood that have a distinctly tart, sour, and somewhat dry taste due to their high tannin content. This astringency can make them puckering when eaten fresh, but their flavor profile can be improved by combining them with other ingredients or processing them into jams, jellies, or juices. 

Apple Share distribution will begin in late September or early October and will last for 10 weeks. Note: 1lb of apples is approximately 3-5 apples depending on variety.
