Packages consist of thighs, legs, wings, breasts AND inner organs, once/month, May, June, July, August, September. In these bundles you will receive traditional cuts that you may be familiar with, as well some potential new cuts that you have not tried before. We make use of ‘all parts’ of the animals that we butcher.

Achacha (Achachairú) is in the same genus as mangosteen, gamboge, and imbe (garcinia) and has very similar visual and texture characteristics to the fruits in its genus. It looks like an imbe on the outside and a mangosteen on the inside.
