I am a beginning farmer and 2013 is my first year in production although I have been growing extensively for about thirteen years. I am in the process of getting certified organic. The farm is going to be growing ethnic vegetables primarily from Nigeria. Some of the seeds we are growing this year from Nigeria are jute, amaranth, okra, roselle, peppers, tomaotes and other greens. In addition to that, we are growing a lot of fingerling and sweet potatoes, onions, asparagus, lettuce, cabbage, kale, other greens, snack peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple and chocolate peppers and other good and unique produce.
