At the Salacoa Cooperative, we strive to bring fresh, healthy food to the members of our CSA. We want to encourage people to think local! It is important to us that our CSA members feel like part of our farming family. We are not into fancy certifications, but want to use sustainable and organic farming techniques to produce naturally grown, chemical free food that is as good for the environment as it is for our bodies and souls
