CSA: Sun Catcher Farms Ldt.

We will provide a weekly box of produce for an entire year. Please not that the first few months will be alot of greens as it takes time for other crops to come in, also the winter there will be produce that is stored like butternut squash or potatoes that the farm produces but is given in bags over time.

Traditionally CSA is very hard on farms as this operation does not maximize the profits a farm can produce on its land. For instance, we can make a lot more per sqft if we produce lettuce or tomatoes than if we produce potatoes. However, in a CSA we focus on producing a large variety of vegetables for our customers instead of crops that have maximum profits

We feel this is a healthier way to grow food and hope to find customers who are willing to work with us on growing this way and at the same time try our best to provide our staff with a living wage.
