Happy Buddha Chow Chow Network

The Happy Buddha Chow Chow network process locally grown fruits and vegetables to be distributed within 500 miles of the Wenatchee valley. I work with my farm members of the pioneer farms & orchards of Wenatchee valley to identify crops with the potential for a higher return to our small farmers. I then employ hard working, farm loving locals like myself to turn these crops into fabulous goodies - fit for an emperor. Buddha chow chow is my 15 year old chow and best friend. This was all his idea, he's determined that i be happy at work! Your friends and family will love our hand crafted goodies. We are even considering offering "teach-ins" for small groups who would like to gain the knowledge to process fresh in season produce for later use..... Pioneer style!
