SuperSuris Ranch, surrounded by the pine forests in the Pacific Northwest began in 1995 with the importation of 6 Bolivian female suri alpacas and one Peruvian herdsire. We have been raising these beloved animals for 18 years, investing in the future, recovery, salvation, promotion, and preservation, of this truly unique creature know as a Suri alpaca. We currently have about 120 alpacas in our herd. In our store we offer a variety of specialty yarns from our suri alpacas. We also offer clothing, including sweaters, scarves, shawls, gloves, socks, coats, throws, and teddy bears. We do farm tours during the summer months for groups. We have two alpaca festivals per year; one in the summer and one in the fall. We have spinning and dyeing demonstrations among other fun activities.
