SuriPaco Farm owns and manages approximately 60 Suri alpacas. The farm provides breeding services, education through farm visits and seminars, and coordinates shearing and fiber collection services with other family owned farms under SuriPaco,s Natural Fiber Program. With a strong emphasis on developing a broader market for textiles using alpaca fiber, the farm is a member of the National Textile Association; a 2010 founding investor in Alpaca United, an L3C serving the interests of alpaca fiber producers; and Claudia serves on the Board of Directors for the Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association. The farm has been in operation since 2000. Joining Ken and Claudia in the farm's operations is their daughter Monica and a very talented support team with interests ranging from livestock to working with natural fibers. Ken and Claudia
