Using 100% Japanese foundation genetics, our Wagyu cattle are nurtured and raised in East Texas. Every harvested animal is a work of art that takes 4 years to produce. We are committed to providing a high standard of care for our cattle and believe their well-being correlates with the quality of beef harvested.
