We distribute CSA shares in 5 monthly disbursements over the growing season.
The first 4 disbursement dates are for 5 whole chickens per member. Chickens are raised on pasture, and average >5 lbs/bird over the course of the season.
The 5th disbursment date is for pork.
There is an optional 6th disbursement in the fall for those who add a turkey to their membership.

Members will be notified of on-farm pickup schedule upon joining, as well as any changes during the season should unforeseen circumstances cause delay.
Sweet wind farm is a small scale, pasture based pork and poultry farm, and on-farm bakery.
