Swingtime cafe offers a varied menu of wholesome, delicious dishes that feature ingredients from local farms and farmers markets (organic when available). For more than a decade antonette wood, peggy triplitt, and liz silva operated swingtime golf, working with clint eastwood's mission ranch in carmel, and in the past year have taken their event planning expertise and putting it to use raising money for nonprofits, which are always struggling to raise funds. "most importantly, we want to create awareness for the programs," says co-owner peggy triplitt. "you can have a good mission as a nonprofit, but if no one's heard of you, those are just words." swingtime cafã�â© got its start at the farmer's market in watsonville because antonette, peggy, and liz wanted to give back to the community where they all live. The cafã�â© and catering business now operate out of a downtown location and continues to donate a portion of the proceeds to local nonprofits.
